In September of 2009 we made our second visit to les Iles-de-la-madeleine.
We had all kinds of weather. Wind, rain, sunshine, overcast ... you name it, we had it, and that was great. There were lots of photographic opportunities. What you see here is just a sampling of our 7 day feast. Don't worry about how you get here, just come ... and enjoy wonderful hospitality!

This is a posthumous gallery as June died in December '18. In February '19 I searched June's computer files. I had decided to publish a 'coffee table' book of her photographs for friends and family, so I needed to search her photographic files. I discovered that she had selected and prepared many of her favourites in anticipation of doing a book herself. I also found more recent, images that I liked very much and I scanned some of her film as well.
In total I had 269 files to work with and 87 are in the book. Some of June's selected 'extras' are on this page.
